Soft CBR400R shock changed to CBR600 F1 shock. Was about 15mm shorter, lowered the ride height by about an inch. Much better preload via stiffer less used spring, and much better damping that is adjustable. After the 17” wheel conversion (from 18”) I’ll make new “dog bones” to get a more desirable ride height/more ground clearance.
